Return Policy

Sustainability is a key factor we strive for at Flat Ratio, that's one of the main reasons we print our designs on demand. As a start-up, we are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, but we hope to offer this in the near future.                                                        

However, we guarantee the highest quality garments, for example no shrinkage when washed according the instructions of the washing label. we provide silk-soft heavy garments with a tight yarn which results into long-lasting durability. produced by the highest standards in portugal by a factory called barata garcia in an ethical way.

Return Process‍

In case of a return, follow the instructions in your email. You will receive a barcode, which you can show to the mail service for easy return processing. Use the strip on the original shipping bag to reseal it, and send the item back effortlessly.
